i had this issue with all the drivers i found on internet including custom or not x-1 capture driver (the micomsoft driver i may butcher the cap card name here) i didnt had this issue on another computer (x58) asus ROG rampage II gene on this mother board theres 2 different usb bridge one for the usb3 which the device should be used on and i forgot the other one for usb2 (ill dig that if relevant).
